Franklinton Development Association’s mission is to stabilize and positively impact our community through the lens of housing. We are a non-profit, Community Development Corporation (CDC), Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) in Franklinton, Columbus, Ohio.
Franklinton Development Association has been operating since 1993. Our organization started as a board-led non-profit aimed to create affordable homeownership opportunities. Our highest priority is to serve our residents to the best of our ability. We are dedicated to creating housing opportunities for people at all income levels, but especially those struggling financially. We are built around cooperation, hard work, empathy, and a love for Franklinton and its residents. Our long history in the community enables us to stay true to the people we aim to serve. Franklinton should be a united community, working hand in hand to create a place where there is enough room for everyone to belong without fear of displacement, or economic segregation. We offer support to those in need and assistance to anyone looking for information through Franklinton.org and Hilltopusa.org. We are here for our neighbors.
